We welcome all visitors to Banqueting House and aim to make everyone's day out successful and enjoyable.

Free carer tickets

An accompanying carer is admitted free of charge. Whilst concession tickets can be purchased online, complimentary adult carer tickets can only be obtained on the day of your visit.

Guide dogs

Trained assistance dogs are welcome inside Banqueting House. This includes medical alert dogs. We are happy to provide water on request.

Visitors with limited mobility

Main Hall

There is currently no lift access to the Main Hall. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Balcony

There is also no lift access to the balcony.

The Undercroft

A ramp down to the Undercroft is available for wheelchair users.

Accessible Toilet

An accessible toilet is available back of house. Please ask a member of staff to direct you. Please be aware the toilet is accessed down a short ramp with no handrail.

Deaf or hard of hearing visitors

A transcript of our audio guide is currently unavailable. Please contact banquetinghouse@hrp.org.uk for access to the transcript of the guided tours.

British Sign Language interpreters will be available for certain guided tours.

Blind or partially sighted visitors

Braille guides of Banqueting House are currently unavailable.
