Information for groups

Guided tours must be carried out by Blue Badge or Accredited Guides.

Walk-up group visits are welcome. If you do not have a pre-booked timed admission slot, you may have to wait until availability allows for your group to enter. You will be able to pay for your group and obtain the tickets for admission at the Ticket office on site.

Due to the nature of items on display, and the size of exhibition spaces, we limit visitor numbers in some of our visitor routes.

Our meal voucher scheme for groups of 15 or more (20 or more for Hillsborough Castle and Gardens), provides great meal deal options across the palaces throughout the day. Simply select the one that best suits your itinerary.

Morning tea or coffee (before 11:00)
£6.50 per person
Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with a freshly baked muffin or pastry.

Hot lunch
£19.50 per person
Includes a main course dish from our hot counter, a non-alcoholic drink and a desert of your choice.

Light lunch
£12 per person
Seasonal soup of the day or a sandwich with a choice of non-alcoholic drink and a cake or desert.

Traditional Cream Tea
£6.75 per person
A delicious homemade scone with jam and cream plus a hot drink of your choice.

Brunch, Hampton Court Palace style
£15.95 per person

Your choice of panini with salad, cake, and non-alcoholic drink. Upgrade to an alcoholic drink for an additional £6.00 per person.

Available for groups of 20 pax or more, this wonderful new offering features "The Duchess's Finger Sandwiches", "Farmer George's Pork Pie" and the "Ton's Scones".
