Bring Your Own Picnic

Relax in the Wilderness and East Front Gardens after-hours on this members-only picnic evening. Bring your own picnic, blanket, chairs and games to enjoy a wonderful evening in majestic surrounds. Take a peaceful stroll, spot wildlife in Home Park and on the Long Water, catch up with fellow members or simply sit and unwind.

This exclusive event has a limited number of tickets so you can enjoy the tranquil gardens without the crowds. The Palace, cafes, Kitchen Garden, Privy Garden and Magic Garden will be closed. Please help us to keep the gardens clean and take your rubbish with you at the end of the evening.

In the event of bad weather, we may have to cancel the picnic evening; refunds will not be available in this case. The event is fully accessible. Please email us with any questions or concerns at members@hrp.org.uk prior to booking.

Ticketing information

Tickets for 26 July are on sale now. Tickets for 09 August go on sale 11 July at noon.

Price: £5.00 for member adults, children part of a membership go free.

All attendees, including children under 5, require a ticket.

This is a members-only event for named Historic Royal Palaces members only. All attendees must hold a valid membership at the time of the event.

Tickets are limited and subject to availability. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
