British Sign Language tours

Offered to deaf and hard of hearing visitors

Offered to deaf and hard of hearing visitors

British Sign Language (BSL) tours of Kensington Palace are available for the King's State Apartments or Victoria: A Royal Childhood. Each tour will take around 1.5 to 2 hours.

We would recommend booking one tour per visit, to allow enough time for a relaxed and rewarding experience in these historic rooms.

Of course, you are welcome to book a tour of a second exhibition for your next visit. Alternatively, become a member and get your next visit to Kensington Palace for free, as well as unlimited adventures at our five other palaces, a 10% discount in our shops and cafés, and exclusive events.

How to book

Tours are included in your admission ticket for Kensington Palace and are free for members. Carers are admitted free of charge.

To book a BSL tour email us at info@hrp.org.uk, giving at least two weeks' notice. Please include the following information in your email:

  • The palace you wish to visit
  • The preferred date(s) and time of tour
  • Your party size
  • Your contact details

We will then check availability with our interpreters.

Alternatively, please call on +44 (0)203 166 6000 and leave a message. We will then get back to you and ensure that we have all the information required to make your visit as enjoyable and personal as possible.
