Important information for your booking
Home educator visit prices for Autumn 2022 - Summer 2023 bookings.
Under 5s: Free
Age 5-15: £4.10
Age 16 and over: £4.10
Adults: £31.00
One paying adult must be booked per family group. Additional adults are free up to our adult to learner ratios and then any additional adults are £31.00 each.
Home education visits must be booked in advance. We recommend booking at least two months in advance as payment is due six weeks before visiting. This subsidised rate is only available Tuesday to Friday during UK term time, it is not available during school holidays or on bank holidays.
Please bring evidence that you are a home-educator with you to present at our schools desk on the day of your visit. We appreciate that not all home educators will have a Local Authority letter, or membership of a Home Education group. In this case please contact us via email in advance of your visit to confirm.

Key stages 2, 3 and 4 (age 7-15) = 1:10

Our term dates reflect those of the local authority, Tower Hamlets London Borough Council. Home educator entry slots will be available from 10:15 - 13:45.
Make a booking
Payment and terms of booking
After receiving your booking request, we will confirm that we have made a booking for you by emailing you an invoice, which must be paid in advance of your visit date and according to our payment terms.
Please note that we cannot amend the booking numbers after payment has been made. Any extra tickets must be purchased on the day at standard group rates.
Payment is due six weeks prior to visiting.
Bookings with less than six weeks' notice require immediate payment. The cancellation and amendment deadline is 17:00 on the day after the booking is confirmed.
We regret that no refunds can be given for cancellations or amendments made less than six weeks in advance of your visit. This includes non-arrivals on the day.
